Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered a cake for collection at 3.00pm on 28 January for my daughter’s school birthday celebration. The timing was clearly indicated because the school operates on a fixed tea break schedule. When I arrived at about 2.55pm, there were no staff present. There was only a sign saying the outlet would be back at 3.30pm. There was NO prior notice, NO call, and NO message to inform customers of the change. When the staff eventually returned, I was simply told they were on a break. That was it. If this was a scheduled break, why was my request for a 3.00pm pickup accepted in the first place? Why confirm a collection timing that you had no intention of honouring? I repeatedly called the HQ number while waiting but could not reach anyone. There was no answer and no call back. I was left completely stranded in a time sensitive situation involving young children. Very disappointing service. Meal type: Other Price per person: $40–50

Try the Chinese new year orange cake, cut open, inside got neat layers of dessert. Pretty as a gift. The pineapple pillows must buy it is delicious. Comes in the cny packaging tin. The hazelnut cookie is pretty but need to bite as it is on the harder side. Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
