Had a very enjoyable dinner at Porterhouse and tried the Elite chef-curated menu. The tableside Wagyu beef tartare was a highlight, as we could choose our preferred ingredients before the staff mixed everything in front of us. The roasted bone marrow was rich and flavourful, especially with the grilled bread, while the steak was cooked to a lovely medium rare with a good charred aroma. We also enjoyed the garlic prawns, salmon ceviche and white wine mussels. The oysters were opened neatly with no shell fragments. Portions were generous and the menu offered a good mix of seafood, meat and dessert. A solid choice for a steakhouse dinner in Central. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
