We visited Potato Corner and were told they weren't taking orders for 15 minutes. We came back after waiting, only to be told the same thing again. Since we still wanted our fries, we placed a Grab pickup order instead. When the order was marked as "Ready for Collection," we went to the counter, but the female staff member snapped at us and said it wasn't actually ready. While we waited, she repeatedly mumbled to herself and spoke with the other staff members while side-eyeing us, which made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. She only prepared our order after that. To make matters worse, the fries were hard and poorly seasoned, which was disappointing. I understand that everyone has stressful days and that customer service can be demanding. However, the way we were treated made for a very unpleasant experience. I hope the staff can communicate more politely with customers and ensure orders are only marked as ready when they are actually ready for collection. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This was a very disappointing experience from start to finish. When we first tried to order, we were told they weren't accepting orders for the next 15 minutes. We waited and came back after 15 minutes, only to be told the exact same thing again. Since we still wanted to order, we placed a Grab pickup order instead. The order was later marked as ready for collection, so we went to pick it up. However, the female staff member immediately told us in a rude tone that it wasn't ready. As we waited, she kept mumbling to herself and chatting with the other staff while repeatedly side-eyeing us, which made us feel very unwelcome. Only after that did she begin preparing our order. Unfortunately, the food didn't make up for the poor service. The fries were hard and lacked seasoning, making them far below what we expected. I understand that staff can be busy and everyone has difficult days, but there's no reason for customers to be treated this way. Better communication and a more respectful attitude would have made a big difference. Meal type: Other Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Two staff members went for their break at the same time, The staff then informed me that ordering had resumed after few minutes of waiting. However the food was served with inconsistent quality. One flavor was freshly cooked, while the other was cold and seemed to have been prepared earlier. Very dissapointed Meal type: Brunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
