We had a very pleasant time here in PCW: very easy going and friendly baristas, with high quality coffee and desserts. They open until 12am on Fridays & Saturdays which made it easier to find a spot to just hangout with friends and chat until late, there were other customers here that were working on laptops which is neat too. Definitely would come again often;. Recommendations: Espresso Brownie, Katsu Toast, Iced Mocha. Order type: Dine in Meal type: Other

This is just outrageous! I was having my cold brewed coffee while was waiting for my other half and daughter to finish their shopping. After a while they joined me at PCW to have my cuppa while catching a breath. After about 5mins, 1 of the staff came and told us that they have a minimum charges or we have to leave. LOOK WE ARE A TOURISTS FROM SINGAPORE. There is no such law in Singapore but I am not sure here in HK! If there should be, it should be done in a professional manner and more service orienteering manner!!! We left the venue in disgust!!! Our 4 days here so far has been very good but this organisation of PCW is just ridiculous!!! YOU SHOULD TRAIN YOUR STAFF BETTER IN ENGAGING WITH GUESTS!!! Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
