Wanted to buy a certain bread they have (min 10) so i asked the staffs if there will be any new batch coming out because the shelf have only a few left. They keep telling me to take from shelf take from shelf. The cashier was tying her hair when i was asking so maybe her hair is more important than my question. This Pullman Bakery location at the Jurong Library is truly a hidden gem! I often make a point to visit right before the library opens, and I absolutely love the morning vibe here—it's always so peaceful and welcoming. The quality of their offerings is consistently fantastic. The bread and pastries are top-notch; they are always fresh, buttery, and exactly what you want from a great Japanese bakery. Their coffee is equally good, making for the perfect start to any day. What really makes this branch stand out is the excellent service. The staff are always friendly, efficient, and clearly take pride in their work. It feels less like a quick stop and more like a warm neighborhood spot.
