[Mon 19 Oct 6.15-7pm] such bad service. i bought a bread n sat and eat and then went out to pick up a call and took my bag with me. when i came back to use the table again, i got chased out by the same staff that i paid my bread at the cashier. she just simply said 'you have to buy something to sit here' although i already literally patronised your service. never patronise this store again. bad service and petty arrogant behavious from the employee here. PS. the store was not even at half-filled capacity. there wereany vacant seats around and there was minimal to zero customer flowing in too. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I like my drinks hot and less sweet but my sesame latte is not hot and on sweet side. Went to ask for abit hot water top up and they charge 50c for a cup. Disappointed having to pay 50c for a cup just to enjoy a hot sesame latte. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SGD 10–20

This Pullman Bakery location at the Jurong Library is truly a hidden gem! I often make a point to visit right before the library opens, and I absolutely love the morning vibe here—it's always so peaceful and welcoming. The quality of their offerings is consistently fantastic. The bread and pastries are top-notch; they are always fresh, buttery, and exactly what you want from a great Japanese bakery. Their coffee is equally good, making for the perfect start to any day. What really makes this branch stand out is the excellent service. The staff are always friendly, efficient, and clearly take pride in their work. It feels less like a quick stop and more like a warm neighborhood spot.
