Vegetarian-friendly bakery, their stuff are typically individually packaged, which means you do not need to worry about cross-contamination here. Frequented this place (in 2025) for a bit when one of my family members was warded at a hospital nearby, and their bread was quite decently priced, and had bundle deals, too. Meal type: Other Price per person: SGD 1–10 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3 Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options. Most of their products are individually packaged, which means you do not need to worry about cross-contamination. Dietary restrictions: May contain nuts and dairy products. No lard, no pork. May contain meat.

I was at Homies Bakery Jurong East on 23 Jan (Sunday) @12.15pm. A store attendant is very clearly UNWELL and very pale looking and even her colleague queried her too. But she said she has to work till 2pm and although she is not well as admitted, she will endure till 2pm. While she was packing my 4 egg tarts, she was also talking at the same time to her colleague on this!! I told the 2nd store attendant who seems more senior (and more elderly) about her being unwell. They spoke but she is still there working, attending to customers and packing their orders! The more elderly attendant is very rude too!! If she is unwell, and no proof of performing any ART in the morning, it is AGAINST THE LAW for her to work, and spread the virus around. I discarded my 4 Egg Tarts for a peace of mind. And i will avoid this UNETHICAL Homies Bakery at Jurong East for a long while.
