Pre-ordered NSG bento for a group of supporting staff at my workplace. The food was delicious, although the sambal goreng and sambal were slightly oily. More importantly, my team truly enjoyed a satisfying and hearty meal. Delivery arrived ahead of schedule, which delighted everyone as lunch came earlier than expected. The husband-and-wife team was pleasant, warm, accommodating, flexible, and friendly throughout the process. Ordering was smooth and easy, with good communication and willingness to negotiate. I would definitely consider placing a bulk order again in the future. Keep up the wonderful and approachable customer service. Two thumbs up! Alhamdulillah, and thank you. A father-son (halal) stall that will deliver mouth-watering, sensory tingling and (maybe) life questioning local Malay food fare. (Daily) dishes are fixed, with one or two surprises. Depending on the day, customers will get very different experiences (today was sweet Korean Honey Butter Chicken). Flavour, texture, portion of serving is consistent. There will not be a day where any dish will leave customers feeling aggrieved at portion sizes, lacking in flavour, nor feeling amiss in the mouth feel. They love that goes into their food can definitely be felt with every single bite, bursting with memories, having meals in the kampung back in the old days. It is hard to describe and put a finger on, but you somehow know that it is very on point. Puteri's Berlian is without a doubt, one of the last few, better known food stalls in the West of Singapore.
