QCucumber is a charming little spot right on the main strip and an absolute standout. The food was outstanding—honestly, the best pad Thai we’ve had in Thailand. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Their signature iced tea is also a must-try—unique, refreshing, and perfectly balancedand purple! Beyond the food, it’s a lovely, female-owned business with a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes you want to linger. If you’re in the area, this place is absolutely worth a visit. In my opinion this is the best vegan friendly restaurant in Khao Lak. Thai dishes are really good and can all be made vegan, while western dishes like sandwiches or wraps are also available. They also have oat milk for tea/coffee. The staff takes real good care of you and your needs. They understand veganism really well so just sit back and enjoy the delicious meals. They accept card for payments with 3% markup, and have fast wifi. While Beyond The Root is fully vegan, in terms of hospitality and service Qcumber really outshines it.
