I dislike both cashier. Their face alway so black like I owe them money. Thank god, there is new shop nearby that sell soup too. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

The service was horrible,we purchased $1 of rice and they only gave me half compared to the other bowls jiat because that i am a kid. We decided to buy another bowl to check if the statement was true,and it was.horrible attitude secondly the cleanliness is beyond what I can comprehend,rice everywhere meat on the ground.The service and cleanliness back then was way better,food is still good though. 阿姨说是正常的量，我的$1就是比大家少一半。公平吗？ Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SGD 10–20 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Last night, I just wrote my following review in Food Advisor website on Qiu Lin Lao Huo Tang Kitchen on their poor customer service! They don't deserve even one star for their suck service. "I am a regular at Qiu Lin Lao Huo Tang store in Junction Nine. I totally agree with few customers' comments on the lady cashier in long hair on her atrocious attitude. I wish whoever knows the boss or her, to let her know of her bad customer service and rude attitude which is uncalled for. The attitude of the long-haired cashier is really bad. You shouldn’t hire such a bad employee to blow up your own brand. Unless this bad woman is the boss’s wife and she is too uncultivated Please help tell her how bad her service attitude is. Many customers feel the same and hate her Once, I wanted to pay via NETS, and the system cannot get through after few rounds, this long hair Chinese lady cashier was irritated over me, she is really bloody rude, and not fit to be frontline worker, get lost !!! We are paying to support the store, so don't treat us like beggars!!! I want to give ZERO STAR to this store. 9 April 2022 (Sat) 6.45 pm"
