The meal plan is a game changer! The meals are so delicious and have big portions. I was getting meal plans somewhere else but they were quite bland. The meals from Revitalize have a lot of flavor...they are filling but don't make you feel heavy. Also since the portions are quite large I was able to make some of the food into two meals. Highly recommend!

I spent a month on the vegan food plan and have to say I was very impressed. As an avid meat fan I didn’t once feel like I was missing out as the food was fresh and flavourful. The pomelo salad was a particular favorite I lost weight, felt energetic and was a great “reset” after a period of indulgence.
