If you fancy Chinese shark fin, sea cucumber, abalones this is an eatery that can fulfil partial cravings as low costs so more for a trial meal. Old school and brings back HK cafe feel. Do get the crispy XO sauce only $9 but full of fried scallops n chili. Eat w rice only also v satisfying! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Dropped by on a weekend afternoon and the seats filled up quickly. Thankfully, table turnover was fast so the wait wasn’t too long. For a full set meal in Orchard, the value is hard to beat in this economy. Each set comes with a main dish of your choice, rice, dessert, and Chinese tea, making it a very complete and decent meal at a reasonable price point. We tried the salmon with egg and the sea cucumber with ling zhi mushroom. Both were decent and comforting. For the price, there’s really little to complain about. It’s simple, fuss free dining with a warm, homely vibe, good for a casual meal without breaking the bank. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SGD 1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
