Ramen Gantetsu Yokocho is an absolute gem in Sapporo. It is a wonderfully quaint and homely small ramen place that feels incredibly authentic and welcoming. There was just one older gentleman working there, and you could truly tell he was serving his heart out with every single bowl he made. The atmosphere is so cosy and intimate, making it the perfect spot to escape the cold and enjoy a brilliant, comforting meal. The dedication to the craft here is obvious, and it was easily one of our favourite dining experiences. Highly recommend stopping by if you want genuine hospitality and great food!
