今日は最悪でした。 いつも楽しみに通っていますが、今日はオシボリも無く店内エアコンも効いてない。 回鍋肉は味が薄くて肉もほとんど入っていない。. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

このレストランは、日本人の駐在員からとても高く評価されている店の一つです。 清潔なオープンキッチンでは、料理人が手際よく調理しています。その様子を見ていると、まるで日本にいるような気分になります。また、メニューの内容が「日本の大衆的な中華料理（町中華）」に似ていることも、日本を懐かしく感じる理由です。 タイの現地料理や、タイ風の中華料理以外のものが食べたくなった時には、ぜひこの店の味を試してみてください。クレジットカードでの支払いはできません。. At Ramen Tei (Surawong), the first thing you notice is how little the place seems to care about impressing you. Which, in a city increasingly full of shiny dining rooms and carefully engineered “concepts,” is oddly refreshing. This feels like the kind of joint built for salarymen and regulars—people who know exactly why they’re here. The room has that slightly worn, lived-in quality that tells you the kitchen has been doing the same thing, day after day, for years. No fuss. No aesthetic overthinking. Not much English signage either. The ramen was excellent. I ordered a chili tonkotsu ramen, deep and comforting, with just the right amount of heat riding on that rich pork broth. My wife had the katsu curry rice, equally satisfying—simple, balanced, and well executed. They kept refilling our cold green tea without us asking. Cold wet towels appeared at the table. Small gestures, but the sort that make you feel taken care of without anyone making a performance out of it. For about 660 baht for the two of us, the whole meal felt like a very good deal. Places like this don’t chase attention. They simply cook well and trust that people who appreciate that will keep coming back. And after this meal, I suspect I will too.
