I visited The Real Pork at Central World and the experience was just average. The meat and soybean did not taste very good, which was disappointing. However, I did enjoy the makgeolli, which was the highlight of my meal. The service staff did not smile and didn’t seem welcoming to customers, which made the atmosphere less comfortable. I also bought a new bottle of makgeolli for take-away, but the staff added a service charge for it. I’m not sure if this is normal practice, or if the staff were trying to trick me. It would be helpful if the restaurant explained this more clearly. Overall, the drink was good, but both the food and the customer service need improvement. Price per person: ฿800–1,000 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Really impressed with RealPork. The meat quality was legit — tender, well-marinated, and you can tell it’s fresh. Even the side dishes were done right, and they kept refilling them without us asking. Service was solid too — the staff were friendly, helped with the grill, and actually paid attention instead of disappearing after serving. The place has a nice vibe, good for groups or a casual dinner. I like how the grilled meat at served to you instead of being cooked at the table. Make the whole experience less greasy and smoky. Overall, great value for money and one of the better Korean BBQ spots I’ve been to recently. Worth coming back.
