This is a nice cafe in a quiet neighbourhood. The menu is quite extensive and should have something for anyone. I had the fried chicken with waffles which is a very common cafe food. I like how it is plated and enhanced my appetite immediately. The portion is just nice too. Pairs well with the tater tots Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Refuel J9 is a good, cozy café tucked away in the neighbourhood. We visited on New Year’s morning and there was a small crowd, but the atmosphere was still pleasant and relaxed. The food was well presented and tasted good, and the staff were attentive and friendly throughout our visit. Overall a nice experience, will definitely return.
