駅が近く交通に便利だった綺麗で接客もよく空港まで送迎バスが出ていたのも助かった。

We had a truly superb stay at the Regal Kowloon Hotel while visiting Hong Kong as a family. From check-in to check-out, the staff went above and beyond to make our trip special. A special mention goes to Sir Dennis, who assisted us throughout our stay. His attentiveness and genuine care made all the difference — a true helping hand from start to finish. One highlight was the lovely complimentary cake arranged for my daughter’s birthday, such a thoughtful touch that made her day feel extra memorable. The rooms were comfortable and the overall service made us feel genuinely taken care of. We’d happily stay here again and recommend it to any family visiting Hong Kong. Service: 5
