マトンの麺が美味しかったです！刀削麺(平麺)もよかった！塩味のスープも肉の旨味が染みてて美味です。. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

2nd visit. We were recommended the mutton platter and plain noodle. We added on mutton noodles, Xin Jiang hot milk tea and wulberry tea. Amazing food. Love the mutton. A must have! Will come again, and again. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SGD 20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Beef and Mutton

Service 1st customers @ 12noon, few staff saw us waiting outside door, none bothered to usher, busy chatting among themselves. Signage still on "Close" status, after 5mins waiting approach staff to enquire for availability. Once food is ordered, waited ~10mins for serving. Food 1) Missed hand pulled lamb tasted in Shanghai hence decided give Aisyah a try. Rather disappointed as overly greasy and flavour lacking, but not gamely, would rate 6.5/10. The side radish soup is surprisingly nice and flavourful. 2) Chicken fried rice also lacks the distinctive Xinjiang seasoning (cumin), more like normal SG/MY style seasoning. Portion is generous. 3) Red oil (beef) spicy dumpling taste OK, wish it can be spicier, so after 3 pieces will start feel greasiness sets in. 4) Sides- Black fungus is nice and light, refreshing. Fried chicken skin is disappointing, texture and crisp level is not light/crunchy, its thick/hard crunchy and the (3 flavour?) seasoning is lackluster. Newly opened Afanti is just few doors away, next time most likely will try when miss China food. Price per person: SGD 30–40 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
