While I was looking for fine dining restaurants in Seoul, Restaurant Allen immediately aroused my interest since it offers a contemporary dining experience focusing on seasonal Korean ingredients with French techniques. Chef Allen is capable of highlighting the bold and prominent flavors that stay true to the ingredients without being overly complex. My dining experience was further elevated by exceptional service by professional staff who clearly explained the menu in English. I was so surprised that I could end my lunch with an unexpected kitchen tour. It comes as no surprise that it has retained its two Michelin Stars in the Michelin Guide Seoul 2026. Keep it up! Excellent experience at Restaurant Allen (2* Michelin). The welcome and service were flawless, attentive without ever being intrusive. The atmosphere is chic, calm, and quietly refined, making it easy to fully enjoy the moment. The tasting menu was absolutely delicious, with a strong focus on local ingredients. Everything was precise and well-executed, without unnecessary showmanship. I especially enjoyed the green asparagus, the homemade bread, the duck, and the mignardises at the end of the meal. An elegant and serious dining experience, truly deserving of its stars. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
