We had a horrible experience at this establishment. We came to watch the World Cup football match and we were excited about the calm, relaxed environment, especially with our children. We ordered food and drinks and were enjoying the atmosphere. There were only a few other people on the first floor. When it came time to pay the bill, we were told it’s only cash payment. This was a huge surprise as it’s a well established restaurant/bar. We didn’t have cash or an ATM card on us. As we explained this to the staff, they began to get angry and more forceful with their words, eventually threatening to call the police. My small children became upset with the shouting and arguing and my youngest daughter started crying. I asked repeatedly if they could show us where it was posted that they didn’t except credit cards. They couldn’t respond. Then a small man came upstairs and tried to meditate (or so we thought) and also began threatening us telling us to “just pay the bill”, but offered no solutions. I asked if he was the manager, only to find out he doesn’t even work at the place but was defending his wife, He persisted to tell me to pay the bill and kept saying “this is Thailand” like I haven’t been visiting Thailand for the past 20 years. The woman also kept saying they have security cameras and I wasn’t sure what she was getting at as we were the ones being forcefully threatened by the staff and the small Aust/British man. The management should really consider speaking to this waitress and her husband about how to be more diplomatic towards customers. In the end, I went back to our place, grabbed the cash and returned to pay the bill. It’s really unfortunate that the staff decided to handle the situation the way they did because we were excited to find a nice local place to watch the matches in the evening. We won’t be coming back and we don’t suggest going to this establishment if you’re looking for friendly service. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Thanks for your feedback . Ok the point was. Why you not ask nicely why are you yelling to the staff front of your child ... My team was telling you . Sir the ATM machine is next 20 meter , you just not explain to them nice way and yelling to them . Who will like ? Did you ? And please understand one think please ( not every small restaurant my, they don't have credit card machine) And we already explain in our Google page, is only cash or Thai bank transfer... Please first behave yourself and your child then Complain other.... My staff is like my family They work hard and very honest people, don't judge other people . If you don't know then ... Thank for stay away from us Please never come back I'm happy to have less customers than People like you ...... Thank you so much stay away please
