Waited 40 minutes before being informed that the fried chicken was sold out. The rest of the food wasn’t ready until 1 hour later. The restaurant needs to improve its communication and service speed, as the long wait made for a disappointing experience. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SGD 40–50 Food: 4 Service: 1

Dear Sweeyong Ong Thank you for sharing sharing your experience, and we sincerely apologize for the disappointment you had during your visit. Waiting 40 minutes only to be informed that one of you ordered items had sold out is not the experience we want any guest to have. We also understand that waiting even longer for the remaining dishes made the evening even more frustrating. On that Saturday, we unfortunately faced an unexpected staff shortage while experiencing an exceptionally busy dinner service. While this explains what happened, we fully understand that it does not excuse the inconvenience you experienced. We truly appreciate you comments regarding communication and service speed. We are already reviewing our procedures to ensure guests receive timely updates if there are delays or menu items become unavailable. Thank you again for your honest feedback. We hope you'll give us another chance to provide the experience we strive to deliver.
