Root Vegan is truly one of the best meal spots I’ve discovered in Hong Kong. The flavours are exceptional, and the creativity in their dishes is simply remarkable. I especially loved the stuffed tofu with black bean sauce. It was bursting with flavor and perfectly cooked. In fact, it was so delicious that we placed a second order. The innovative Tom Yum Orzo was a standout as well, combining the beloved Thai flavors in a unique and delicious way. The Khao Soi Northern Thai curry packed a serious punch, offering a perfect balance of spice and depth. Their range of allium-free options, catering thoughtfully to those with specific dietary needs. Root Vegan delivers a fantastic dining experience with great food that leaves you feeling satisfied and happy. I will be rooting for Root Vegan for days on end.
