トムヤムクンがとても美味しかった。お勧めのパッタイは汁気が多くイマイチでした。 トムヤムクンを食べにまた来たいと思います。 お店は道路から1フロア上がった所にあり、喧騒を忘れさせてくれる爽やかな空間です。 お客さんは西洋の方とアジアの方（ローカル含む）と半々くらいです。. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $400–450

Been coming to Ruam with my dog for years, enjoying the terrace. As the rest of HK gets with the times and starts allowing more dogs - Ruam decides it’s going to start becoming “dog unfriendly”. What a huge shame. Also, the table water tastes like it’s been collected from the drain. Farewell Ruam. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Dinner Kid-friendliness: No longer dog friendly

Dear David, thank you for your comments and I'm sorry we may not have been clear.We’re really sorry for the frustration. We haven’t changed our stance on dogs — we still adore them — but recent FEHD rules mean we’re no longer allowed to have pets anywhere within the restaurant. It’s not a choice we made, just something we have to comply with.We’ve also taken a look at the water issue to make sure everything’s in order.
