Excellent food and location here, very peaceful, high quality and standard of what they put in front of you, it's a shame they are closing down permanently in a week, best hurry to try them before then... Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ฿400–600 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Austin, thanks for your review. I totally agree it is a shame that we have to definitely close in a week. It was not our preference nor it is our choice: we are forced to.

I had a really bad experience here. The food was just okay, but the service was extremely disappointing. When I was paying the bill, the card machine had some issues. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the waitress/owner (I’m not sure which) immediately blamed my card and my bank with a very rude attitude, even though my banking app already showed that the payment had gone through. She then asked me to pay again, but the machine still didn’t work. After that, she told me to pay once more via QR code. She claimed that payment also didn’t go through, even though I already had the receipt showing it was successful. I had to repeatedly ask her to check the system again, and in the end, the payment actually had gone through the whole time. What made the situation even worse was that she told me that if I didn’t pay, she would not let me leave the restaurant and even asked if I wanted her to call the police — despite the fact that I had already paid and was simply asking her to verify the transaction properly. Very inappropriate and unprofessional service. Don’t come here, don’t recommend อาหารงั้นๆแต่ service แย่มากค่ะ ร้านบอกว่าจ่ายเงินไม่สำเร็จ และบอกว่าถ้าไม่ยอมจ่ายเงินจะโทรเรียกตำรวจ ทั้งๆที่เรารูดบัตรไปแล้ว สุดท้ายรูดไป2 จ่าย QR ไปอีก1รอบ ยังบอกว่าไม่สำเร็จ แต่เรามีหลักฐาน slip ว่ามันจ่ายแล้ว 体验非常差。食物普通，但服务态度很不好。结账时刷卡机出现问题，店员/老板态度很差，一直说是我的银行卡和银行的问题，但我的银行App已经显示付款成功。之后她还要求我重复付款，又让我用二维码再付一次，后来才发现其实付款早就成功了，只是她自己没有确认清楚。更夸张的是，在我已经付款的情况下，她还说如果我不付钱就不让我离开，甚至问我要不要报警。整个处理方式非常不专业，也让人感觉很不舒服。. Good morning, sorry to hear that. We are on the verge of closing the restaurant for political reasons. However, that is not an excuse for a bad service. Please accept my apologize for that.

Dear Marina , thanks a lot for your kind words . The best view in Phuket !Unfortunately local politics have decided otherwise. Hidden Gem was a great adventure and we are so grateful to our customers and friends who supported us during the past 2 years. We are definitely closing the restaurant on the 24th of May.
