Rya Bakehouse is proof that vegan bakes can be every bit as good as their traditional counterparts. Everything we tried was thoughtfully made and full of flavour. The Patate pizza was the standout and paired beautifully with a hot oat latte. The croissant was excellent too, crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside, and wonderfully buttery. My only minor note is that I wished the pain au chocolat had a little more chocolate filling. That aside, it was a fantastic breakfast find and a spot I’d happily return to. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $10–20

Croissant $3.8 Using vegan butter, French flour, and leavened with a pre-ferment and baker's yeast. Pretty good workship for creating a yummy pastry. Cinammon roll $3.5 Brushed with orange/lemon on top. Using organic coconut oil & cinnamon from Indonesia, it's light with lots of citrus taste but I'd personally prefer a stronger spice.

Sunday’s moments , every time a different one in Rya! 1st time: Pain au chocolat and Sourdough , see the pics!! 2nd time: today’s Apricot - M’s pick and I LOVE the fresh and sour taste!! Need to have it with cappuccino (time to use my milk frother , handheld one lol Buon colazione!
