The chocolate was not crispy or crunchy, it was like a chocolate coin texture where it would get stuck on your teeth (I ate at the store & it was just out of the display). Came to try Saruda Pastry BKK cake shop. Located on the G floor of Pathumwan Princess Hotel, the cakes are home made cakes, a famous shop from Chiang Mai. The atmosphere is good, the food and cakes are very delicious, the staff are very welcoming. The owner is very cute. I was impressed.
