Had a really enjoyable teppan dinner at SAVVY Hong Kong. The Premium Teppan Set is a six-course experience featuring Australian lobster, sashimi, Japanese fish consommé, Miyazaki A5 wagyu, and Chef Patrick’s signature teppan fried rice with sea urchin. Everything is prepared around the teppan grill, so there’s plenty to watch as the meal comes together. What I enjoyed most was the overall experience — it’s not just about the food, but also the atmosphere and the little bit of theatre that comes with teppan dining. The ingredients were beautifully presented, and having the cooking happen right in front of you made the dinner feel interactive and special without being overly formal. The SAVVY dessert trolley was a nice touch to end the evening, with a selection of sweet. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $500+
