Was here for a quick brunch and got a really nice sausage roll as I missed it so much. Crispy on the outside and you can see the colour of the pastry! It’s pretty packed at weekdays lunch hour glad my friend got the seat earlier:) Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $100–150 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I was in Central on a weekday morning and needed somewhere to spend a few hours between appointments. I was brought to SERVO and told they make excellent coffee, especially their flat whites, and that they also have a great wine list. Despite the wine recommendation, I went for a refreshing iced black since it was 9am on a weekday. They have some really nice seats by the windows where I settled in with my laptop and did a bit of work while people watching. The coffee was exactly what I like. Dark, nutty, and well balanced. That is actually quite rare in Hong Kong as I have noticed many iced black coffees here tend to lean more sour and fruity. The staff were extremely friendly and completely fine with me working away on my laptop for a while. The café did start getting noticeably busier closer to noon, which felt like the natural cue for me to pack up and head out. Overall it is a cute little spot tucked away on a quieter street in Central. I would definitely come back again, and next time maybe finally try something from their wine list.
