Nice place, drinks were okay & the dessert is quite good BUT staff needed a new training. No smile, no thanks, and talk to customers as if they are their friends. As a tourist wouldn’t come back here for sure and we wouldn’t recommend anyone to come. Price per person: ฿1–200 Food: 3 Atmosphere: 4

สวัสดีค่า ทางเราได้ตรวจเช็คข้อมูลทุกอย่างเรียบร้อยแล้วนะคะ อย่างแรกเลยขอบคุณที่แจ้งเข้ามานะคะ ต้องขออภัยในความไม่สะดวกและทำให้ลูกค้าไม่สบายใจด้วยค่ะ ในเรื่องของบริการ เราได้ตรวจสอบและอบรมน้องๆเรียบร้อยแล้วนะคะ อาจจะเพราะเป็นช่วง18.00ที่เป็นเวลาปิดของที่ร้านแล้ว น้องๆอาจจะยุ่งหรือกำลังเตรียมกลับบ้าน เป็นช่วงเวลาที่เร่งรีบที่ลืมขอบคุณลูกค้า ในส่วนนี้เราขออภัยมาณที่นี้ด้วยนะคะ ในส่วนของเหตุการณ์ที่ลุกค้าแจ้งว่าน้องๆคุยกับลูกค้าเหมือนเพื่อน พอดีลูกค้าท่านนั้นเป็นเพื่อนของน้องๆจริงค่ะ เนื่องจากกำลังสื่อสารกับเพื่อนของตนเอง จึงอาจทำให้เกิดความเข้าใจคลาดเคลื่อนได้ ทางร้านจะนำข้อคิดเห็นนี้ไปปรับปรุงเพื่อให้การบริการมีความเหมาะสมยิ่งขึ้นในทุกสถานการณ์นะคะ ขอบคุณมากค่ะ

I recently visited SPACEBAR.Matcha in Ubon Ratchathani and had a truly wonderful experience. The cafe offers a cozy and inviting atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a cup of Matcha. The menu is impressive, featuring a variety of Matcha delights. I particularly enjoyed the Mousse Matcha, Matcha Icecream, and the refreshing ice Hojicha. Each item was prepared with care and presented beautifully, making the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend SPACEBAR.Matcha to anyone visiting Ubon Ratchathani and looking for a delightful Matcha experience with some exquisite desserts. Don’t miss out on this gem of a cafe!
