I had a wonderful experience at Saffron Fine Indian Cuisine in Tianmu, Taipei. The ambiance is cozy and relaxing, perfect for enjoying authentic Indian food. We tried dal makhni, bhindi, baingan bharta, naan, malai kofta, rice, and finished with apple cinnamon halwa — and wow, it was incredible! I’ve never tasted anything like it before. Everything was full of authentic Indian flavors, from the creamy dal makhni to the perfectly spiced malai kofta, and the fresh naan and rice made the meal even better. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the food came out hot and fresh. I would highly recommend Saffron to anyone craving real Indian cuisine in Taipei. I can’t wait to go back! Price per person: $200–400
