We had a really lovely time celebrating my birthday dinner. The food was exceptional and thankfully, we had room for dessert. I’ve been converted from mango sticky rice to buy loy! They’re these stuffed shredded coconut balls that were absolutely divine. They take very long time to make hence why you don’t often see it sold in most restaurants and especially at night market stalls. We were sat outside which some might find warm if there’s no breeze. You’ll overlook the private alcove and surrounded by lots of trees. Thank you to our kind and fun servers, Luna and Diamond ! Note: Outside guests can come and enjoy Saffron but come at least 15 minutes early for your reservation. They have guard checks at the front entrance before allowing cars in. They’ll drop you off at the lobby and then you’ll have to wait for a buggy to take you to the restaurant. The buggy will take about 5 minutes as the restaurant is up a steep winding hill. Price per person: ฿2,000+ Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Dietary restrictions: If you have a strict gluten-free diet and vegan diet, we would suggest letting the restaurant know ahead of time so they can prepare the bases that typically involve shrimp paste or fish sauce. They can accommodate some substitutions but not all.
