Experience was genuinely ruined by one single part-timer. When we went in for a second order, we ordered garlic focaccia, waited almost 30 minutes, and asked the staff about our food. They asked if it was a plain focaccia, not knowing my friend's order i said yes so i apologize for that but when one of the part timer came out to check with us, he gave us attitude saying "y'all never say properly". I understand it was my fault for not checking about the order but this wouldnt even have happened if y'all paid attention to the order. It wasnt even that busy during that time. Please evaluate your staff better. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Visited Osia Saizeriya for takeaway and wanted to leave both a suggestion and a compliment. My kids only wanted the penne pasta from the kids’ meal, but there doesn’t seem to be a regular à la carte option for it. In the end, I had to order the full kids’ meal and the rest of the food would likely go to waste. It would be great if the restaurant could consider offering the penne pasta as a standalone option, or allow some flexibility for families in similar situations. I admit I became a little frustrated during ordering because of this and responded rudely at first, which I apologised for immediately afterwards. I especially want to compliment Jeslin for how she handled the situation. Even though I wasn’t at my best in that moment, she remained patient, professional and polite throughout. She listened, continued helping me calmly, and maintained a great attitude. Hope management sees this — not only to recognise Jeslin’s excellent service, but also to consider this small improvement for parents and to reduce food wastage. Service: The lady in black, whom I believe is the manager, was incredibly unprofessional and unhygienic. She dropped my cutlery while serving the food, and she didn't even bother to apologise. Instead, she just tossed the fork back into the plate like nothing happened. MOH has already issued a warning that once something touches a table or a dirty area, the bacteria is transferred instantly, so this is a major hygiene concern. How is she the manager, or let alone work at Saizeriya like that? Lastly, the waiter takes too long to serve the food. Truly disappointed. Food: The food is okay, nothing special. It's cheap and tasty. Atmosphere: A cheap Italian eatery that feels more like a fast-food joint than a traditional trattoria. The food is inexpensive but fairly average, the ingredients don't taste particularly fresh, and the overall experience prioritizes low prices over quality and ambience. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30
