Sembawang Sun Plaza Branch: The food quality was poor. The serving timing was quite long! The customer service was poorly rendered. The Garlic Focaccia was soggy baked and took 39 minutes to serve. I ordered two Spicy Demi Scallop & Spinach dishes and one of it was not spicy! The waiters are not apologetic towards the long wait and the poor quality food served. They don't seem to be keen to work either. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Order the streak but the wedge was just pathetic. The staff told me it’s standard of 6 pieces but as compared to my friends mean mine like 2 pieces. Nothing against the staff. So saizeriya can recommend you guys to weight the wedge at least so that the portion is constant. Sadly I ordered medium and it came well done. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

can't complain for it's price point imo. food is good & value for money. the wings are amazing, served hot. black pepper chicken pasta and prawn broccoli aglio olio are one of the best I. their menu. seafood pasta was decent. didn't order their focaccia this time but it's been great too. don't really understand all the sky high expectations for this price point.
