Sakunthala’s Restaurant – Syed Alwi Road, Singapore Stopped by Sakunthala’s for iftar and here’s the quick breakdown ️ What I Ordered Pepper Mutton Set Lemon Tea Taste Notes Pepper mutton was bold and flavourful — strong pepper kick, nicely spiced without overpowering the meat Mutton was tender and well-seasoned, not gamey. Compared to neighbouring restaurants along Syed Alwi, this one stood out in terms of flavour depth. Lemon tea was refreshing — good balance to cut through the richness of the pepper gravy Definitely satisfying for breaking fast — hearty but not overwhelming Vibe & Ambience Interior gives off a classic American diner-style feel — booth seating, spacious layout, bright lighting.
