Second bad experience at this branch in four weeks. Today, I was presented with the wrong order, made to wait while they tried to figure it out (partner’s food arrived correct), and then told I had to pay extra THB 15 to fix their mistake (what?!). I would then have to wait, so I took the wrong order. Four weeks ago I had the worst (and smallest) Açai bowl I have had in BKK in the past 4 years. Will not be back. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ฿200–400 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

The restaurant took a very long time to prepare the food, the mushroom soup was cold, and the beef burger patty was also cold. In the tuna salad, the avocado was still very green, hard, and unripe! When asking for extra chili sauce, they wouldn't give any even though they had a whole bunch of bottles right there Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
