Been ordering customised cakes from Sarah's Loft for the past few years and have never been disappointed! Every cake is SO beautifully decorated, with so much attention to detail!! The cakes are also so yummy - our guests always ask for a second slice! Highly recommend Sarah's Loft for anyone looking for a yummy AND pretty cake for any celebration :). Food: 5 Service: 5

Staff was incredibly rude and try to guilt trip me saying they are especially waiting for me like I was late for pick up. However when I double check I was on time for my pick up. It seem like the staff just wanted to go home early. If they want to close early then they shouldn’t give the option for pick up between 5-5.30 pm. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered 2 cakes from Sarah’s loft and the cakes were absolutely delicious. 1 of the cake designs were extremely intricate too. Ordered many cakes this year to try out different bakeries that do customised cakes. Many of them were beautifully designed but taste was mediocre. Sarah’s loft cakes executed both aspects well. Their cakes are denser, butter cream was light and the filling was delicious. Tried the vanilla strawberry and orange passion fruit flavours. Only comment but more for aesthetic reasons is that they could trim off the brown ends of the baked cake a little more so that you don’t see them when cutting into the cake. Will definitely order from them again.

Hi Shanice!Thank you so much for your thoughtful review. We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed our cakes and appreciated the intricate designs - it's always great to know that our efforts to balance aesthetics and taste are being noticed. Your feedback about the brown ends of the baked cake is duly noted. We always strive to make our cakes as visually appealing as they are delicious, so we appreciate your suggestion. We're glad to hear that you'll be ordering from us again and we look forward to serving you more of our delicious cakes in the future.xoxoSarah's Loft
