Scooters with really good engines are suitable for Koh Phangan. The tire burst, they took 200 baht for it - I think it's a fair deal

I rented a motorbike for one day (150baht). When I returned it, I was charged 500 baht because of a very small, shallow scratch on the front fender (see picture). There were no accidents during the rental period, and the scratch doesn't affect the motorbike's usability. I'm sharing my experience in the hopes of alerting others. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I was initially hesitant to rent from Sarai Bike Rental Shop due to some of the negative reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. It seems they’ve made a real effort to improve their service. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the shop’s location, being one of the closest to the port, made it very convenient for me. Before I left, they even offered me a free coffee, which was a nice touch! Overall, I had no issues with the bike, and the experience was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend giving them a chance! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
