大きなショッピングプラザなんで、歩き疲れたらお茶しますよね。良いとか悪いとか無いでしょ。普通にカフェです。

Me and my collegue went to plaza singapura outlet and was being served by Syira. She's very friendly and patient and able to handle rude and impatient customer. Reason for me to say why she able to handle well is because during busy period at 7plus while the restaurant is pack, a chinese lady came in and make so much noise abt customer taking table of 4 while they only 2 person. The customer is so rude and wanted to make a complain to the management. Syira able to not let this customer to spoilt her day n still able to greet and welcome other customers with a great service. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SGD 90–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I know that there is a no outside food policy but there was nothing that my 3 year old can eat at the PS outlet. We ordered food for each of us and brought in a packet of rice from sukiya (we made sure it was halal food). The manager offered no flexibility or empathy. My girl was forced to stop eating and she started to cry. Despite our pleas and my girl's crying, it was strictly no go. We left without finishing our food and it was a very very Unpleasant experience. Following this disappointing episode, we will never ever visit another secret recipe outlet again. Food: 2
