The star was the lobster dish, tender and succulent, finished in a rich butter white wine sauce with a touch of grapes for a delightful sweet‑and‑sour layer. This added complexity elevated the sauce's silkiness and paired perfectly with the crisp greens and subtle potato base. The HKD 680 dinner set delivered consistent quality across courses, with fresh ingredients and precise cooking that punches well above its price. The atmosphere was cosy and relaxed, enhancing the meal without overpowering it. Service was attentive and smooth, keeping the focus on the food. I have bookmarked this restaurant for long. After my first try for dinner during the Restaurant Week, I have been recommending this to my family and friends. Food was excellent from starters to desserts. Lobster Cappuccino was unique! Spanish red prawn pasta was equally amazing! The red prawn was huge in size, with a striking visual effect. It is no wonder this is the most expensive item in the lunch menu. Yet, it is worth it. Every bite was a culinary adventure that had my taste buds dancing with joy. The seasoning was a perfect match with the locally sourced ingredients expertly prepared by the chef. The chef’s passion and dedication to every dish truly impressed us. The ambiance of this restaurant was cozy and intimate, making it the perfect spot for a romantic date or a night out with friends and family members. Joe, the manager of Senti, was very hospitable and welcoming. If you are looking for a restaurant where you can indulge yourself in a truly delightful dining experience, why not give it a go?
