I attended a cookie-making birthday party at Seven Scoops and Bakes and had a wonderful experience. The instructors were extremely attentive to each participant and demonstrated strong teaching skills, keeping the children engaged while guiding them through the workshop. Making and decorating the cookies was great fun, and it was a nice touch to receive them neatly packaged in a container at the end. The variety of ice cream flavours and drinks were also a highlight. Having visited the cafe before, I would confidently recommend the Lychee Earl Grey with Nata de Coco and the Yuzu Cooler with Nata de Coco. Both drinks are refreshing, not overly sweet, and perfect for the increasingly humid weather. Among the ice cream flavours, the Peach Oolong stands out for its uniqueness that stems from its light and subtle profile. I would also highly recommend the Nian Gao Waffle, a creative item on their menu that is difficult to find elsewhere. Its ingenious combination reimagines Nian Gao as more than just a festive Chinese New Year treat, to something that can be enjoyed all year round.

Seven Scoops and Bakes is cozy and relaxed dessert cafe in the heartland of Clementi town that is great to hangout and chill with families and friends. Friendly staff too! Our family’s favourite is the nian gao waffle topped with our favourite ice creams flavours - mint chocolate, peach oolong and strawberry milk. Highly recommended!

Only tried their ice creams and love their ice creams. Flavors tried - pistachio, raspberry lychee, peach (?) oolong, cookies and cream. Flavours are pronounced, but not overpowering. I’d go for seven scoops over birds!
