This is my 3rd Shake Shack experience - Manila Philippines & this burger joint in Bangkok .. all haven’t been the best with their burgers - as this time , the meat patty was undercooked , & not to my taste I do like the thicker crinkle cut hot potato chips I feel .. Shake Shack meals are overpriced Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ฿400–600 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2

The Shake Shack outlet at Central World is in a fantastic, spacious location. The food was great and the staff was generally welcoming, but I encountered a few issues with the ordering process that could be improved. The Experience: Because it was quite crowded, I decided to place a take-away order. However, the cashier did not provide me with a buzzer (the "beep device"), and my receipt didn't specify whether the order was for dine-in or take-away. The Issue: After waiting over 10 minutes—which was understandable given the crowd—I checked on my order. The staff asked for my buzzer, and when I explained I wasn't given one, there was some confusion. It felt a bit awkward, as if I had to prove I had actually paid before they finally checked my receipt and handed over my food. Suggestions for Management: Receipt Clarity: The receipt should clearly print whether the order is "Dine-in" or "Take-away." Better Signage: There should be a sign reminding customers to request a buzzer if one isn't provided. Staff Consistency: Ensure all cashiers consistently hand out buzzers to avoid confusion at the pick-up counter. Pro-Tip for Visitors: The food is definitely worth the wait, but whether you are dining in or taking away, make sure you ask for a buzzer as soon as you pay to ensure a smooth pickup!
