グッドウッドの中でバーと鉄板焼はお勧めなのに寿司が下手(巻き物の芯がずれている)なのは残念です。

An old favourite through the years, Shima has been around since 1980 & still going strong. Famous for their teppanyaki, this is old school style & absolutely delicious. The lunch set is great value with a serve of sashimi, tempura, chawanmushi & then the teppanyaki - fish, prawns, beef, beansprouts & garlic fried rice. All items were fresh & so satisfying. The chef was friendly & we opted to sit at the chef’s table where he cooked in front of us. Always such a nice experience. Service is efficient, friendly & drink top ups continuous. Reservations recommended & come prepared for a fulfilling & delicious meal. So good! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SGD 40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
