first time omakase experience and it was amazing! the ingredients were so fresh, portions of rice:sashimi ratio were perfect, and service by the lovely Chef Rex was wonderful. he was very accommodating, very attentive and thoughtful of what we did and didn’t like to ensure our experience would be memorable, and allowed us the time to also catch up with our friends. the sea urchin was also incredibly fresh and test, nothing like I have tasted before. would definitely come back. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: HK$200–250 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Haven't been back since Adachisan left Shion. It does feel a bit of a cultural change, in terms of the service and the presentation of the courses. Nonetheless, still really good sushi and fresh ingredients. They now have an entry price point to the omakase set as well. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
