香港（湾仔）/ 船記ビブグルマンにも選出されてる広東料理屋さん『船記』比較的リーズナブルにおいしい広東料理をいただけて大満足でした〜チャーシューがとっても美味しかった 1日目の夜ごはんはこちらへ。今回注文したメニュー・船記xo小炒皇：HK$138（約2,753円）・和哥叉焼（6pcs）：HK$98（約1,955円）・椒鹽豆腐粒：HK$52（約1,037円）船記xo小炒皇はカシューナッツ、エビ、ネギ、揚げたイモ？が入っていて、ビールに合いすぎる味付けこういうの1品頼めばビールいくらでも飲めちゃうやつ。酒飲みは必須のやつな。お店の必食メニューにもなっているチャーシューお肉は柔らかくホロホロ、濃厚でいてしつこくなくて、め〜〜〜〜〜っちゃ美味しかった！！！！！！ 1切れで充分なボリュームです。これもビールがススムやつ。ほんで絶対米にも合う。なんなら米と食べたかった椒鹽豆腐粒は豆腐を揚げたやつ。塩コショウ味ですが、チリソースにつけて食べるのも良き。これは箸休め的なポジションかな？ポテト的な。ポテトよりヘルシーよね（挙げてるとはいえ豆腐だしさ）どれも1品の量がかなり多いです。他のテーブルを見ると、5〜6人のグループばかり。やはり大人数のほうが色んなメニューを食べれそうで良さそうでした場所は湾仔駅から徒歩5分くらいと立地もよく、店内も清潔感がありトイレも‍ 訪問時期：2024年2月. We had an excellent dinner with friends at 船記 Ship Kee, a fantastic Cantonese restaurant. Every dish we tried was delicious, but the BBQ pork, seafood rice, and chicken soup were absolute standouts. The flavors were authentic and rich, making for a truly enjoyable dining experience. Highly recommended if you're looking for quality Cantonese cuisine!
