After reviewing the situation with our team, we believe there may have been some miscommunication regarding the seating arrangements. English is not the first language of the staff member who attended to your table, and we apologize if our explanation was unclear. On the evening of your visit, we had very limited seating available. The larger table that you requested was reserved for a booking of 8–10 guests scheduled for later that evening. Unfortunately, the reservation was subsequently postponed and ultimately became a no-show. Looking back, we agree that we could have reacted better to the changing situation and offered you a more comfortable table. For that, we sincerely apologize. Regarding our food menu, we open at 5:00 PM and prioritize serving fresh produce whenever possible rather than relying on frozen ingredients. While this occasionally means certain dishes may become unavailable, our intention is always to provide the best quality and value to our guests. As for the cocktails, our menu is designed to cater to a wide range of preferences, from lighter and more refreshing drinks to spirit-forward classics. We understand that taste is subjective, and we’re sorry that the drinks you selected were not to your liking. We also wish we had known during your visit that the cocktails did not meet your expectations, as our team would have gladly recommended alternative drinks better suited to your preferences.
