ミシュラン掲載店ということで、期待を持って訪問しましたが、その期待を軽く超えてくる体験でした。料理のクオリティはもちろんのこと、空間演出やホスピタリティまで含めて完成度が非常に高く、「星5評価」に納得のレストランです。 花をモチーフにした美しい盛り付けやペアリングは華やかさがありながらも上品で、味付けは複雑かつ繊細。一皿ごとに香りや余韻まで計算されており、コース全体を通して一切の妥協を感じませんでした。モクテルのペアリングも料理との相性が抜群で、アルコールを飲まない方でもしっかり楽しめる構成だと思います。 特に印象的だったのが、メイン前に行われるオープンキッチンでの演出。全スタッフによる挨拶やキッチン見学があり、料理を「食べる」だけでなく、レストラン全体でもてなしてもらっている感覚がありました。形式的ではなく、心のこもったホスピタリティが感じられます。 価格帯は高めですが、それ以上の体験価値があります。記念日や大切な人との食事、旅のハイライトとして自信を持っておすすめできる一軒です。. An outstanding experience. The artistry, ingredient selection, technical skill, and attention to detail and flavour balance and cohesion are truly deserving of the accolades. The wait staff were just the right level of attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu, from the ingredients to the preparation techniques and even the background or history of the dish or ingredient. It's also worth mentioning that the 8-course menu is actually more than 8 courses, and you might find yourself struggling through twice the amount of dessert you thought you signed up for. Vegetarian options: None, since the menu is fixed (I'm told it changes every 2 months). It might, however, be worth asking if special arrangements can be made in advance, as every fruit and vegetable I had was impeccably prepared. Dietary restrictions: They will ask right at the beginning if you have any dietary restrictions, so I believe some accommodations can be made, but it would be best to check on the extent by calling ahead just in case.
