やったー、skinny chefがゲイランにやってきた。もうKallang Bahruまでいかなくて宜しい。今日は本当は肉な気分だったけど、土壇場でサーモンに乗り換えた。うわー美味しい。週末のお散歩コースなので、これからはもっと頻繁に食べれるわ。. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

Ordered grilled chicken with truffle sauce and mash potatoes and sauteed mushroom as slides. $8.50, 20min wait. Grilled chicken: good. Trudfle sauce: excellent. Mushroom: great. Mash potato : terrible. Amount for money: poor Grilled chicken while it looks small is quite thick. This helps with its juiciness and it was also reasonably tenderness. Part of skin was also crispy but a bit tasteless. But this was saved by the excellent truffle sauce. Not too in your face artificial truffle instead it was very pleasant. Mushroom was good midly spicy and there was at least 2 varieies. Tasty and I would recommend to try to eat this with mash potato. Or between still don't order mash potatoes. Worst tasting mash potato as it was almost tasteless. Did the chef forgotten to add butter? Or wss it intentionally healthy? Such a waste when the mash potato is actually very smooth. Amount wise it wasn't alot with the higher pricing. Value wise definitely don't get mash potato. My wife gave me their broccoli it was also tasteless. So add pepper before carrying it to you table i guess.
