A Pleasant Surprise at SkyCity Marriott – Great Value Family Buffet! Recently, I planned a family day trip to Lantau Island. As the "tour guide" for the day, the first thing on my checklist was arranging a good lunch. After comparing the Novotel in Tung Chung and the Hong Kong SkyCity Marriott Hotel, we eventually decided to go with the Marriott. To be honest, I was a bit hesitant at first because I’d seen some online reviews suggesting that their food and service standards had declined. However, trusting the Marriott brand, I decided to give it a shot. I booked via Klook at $ 310 per adult and $293 per senior. I found out later that booking directly with the hotel might actually be even more budget-friendly, so check both before you buy! **The Dining Experience** Upon arrival, the restaurant felt very clean and well-maintained. Despite it being a Sunday with quite a few local tour groups present, the atmosphere remained organized and pleasant. ***Seafood & Sashimi**:They offered snow crab legs, mussels, and sea whelks. There were also three types of fresh sashimi. Hot Dishes:The salad bar was much fresher than I expected! The hot food quality was also a pleasant surprise—the Indian Curry was particularly authentic and delicious. Desserts:A real treat! They served both Mövenpick and Häagen-Dazs ice cream, and the cakes were of a high standard. Exceptional Service We had two additional family members join us last minute. The Sales Manager, Sam, was incredibly helpful. He took the time to introduce us to the Marriott Club membership. My family joined on the spot because the membership offers excellent discounts on future dining at SkyCity Marriott. After hearing his introduction, we felt that even for a simple half-day trip, coming here to eat and relax is incredibly worth it. Overall, I highly recommend this experience. Despite the negative comments online, our visit proved that the quality is still very much there. It’s a great way to spend time with family while supporting the local economy and staying in Hong Kong for our holidays. Meal type: Lunch Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

The best buffet even its far away still worth it. A lot of foods variety. THANK MARRIOTT SKYCITY BISTRO FOR AMAZING EXPERIENCED.
