全面ガラス張りで自然光がたっぷり差し込む、明るく開放的な店内でした！ 口コミで高評価だったカリフラワー、食感が面白くて本当に絶品でした。 お昼時をすぎて訪問しましたが、他にも日本人のお客さんがいました！ この好立地にも関わらずランチセットが$17~いただけるそうで....次回は友達と一緒にランチでお邪魔したいです。. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $20–30

Tried their stuffed wing, Carbonara and Chicken Thigh Confit. Food tastes not bad, served very quickly too. But the staff wasn't very attentive, needed a while to catch their attention. Overall atmosphere is okay too, slightly noisy but can still hear each other Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

I’m honestly so impressed. Their signature cauliflower? Now I get why people call it the best in Singapore. It’s slow-poached in stock, roasted till golden, insanely flavourful, with toasted quinoa crunch and an aioli + furikake finish. I could legit eat it as a main. The savoury chicken beignets were another surprise — black charcoal pastries with a super umami filling of chicken, mushroom and pancetta. Crispy outside, soft and spongy inside like a classy mini chicken pot pie. The slow-cooked chicken thigh confit was comfort done right: duck fat–poached till tender, buttery fingerling potatoes, kale and a rich chicken jus. The barramundi au beurre blanc was lighter but so well-executed, with a tangy twist from pickled mustard greens. Drinks-wise, the Spicy Margarita and S&S Espresso Martini were solid picks — perfect with the cosy night views. And for a CBD spot, the prices are surprisingly affordable. Plus, they have **$19.90 Prosecco free flow every Saturday**, which is such a steal Salt & Soul nails that elevated-but-accessible vibe — definitely a gem worth sharing.
