We had a really good experience trying Kao Mun Gai at Something Space Chef’s Table in BKK! They presented Kao Mun Gai in really different and creative ways. No added sugar, no unnecessary stuff, just fresh, interesting dishes with a great tea pairing. Definitely worth coming here to try if you’re in Bangkok. Would happily recommend! I would call this place “The Restaurant of Dreams.” If you take the time to learn about the story behind this restaurant, you’ll understand why I chose that name. It all began with a dream the chef had since childhood. And today, that dream has finally become a reality. I truly hope that many more of your dreams will come true very soon. The course itself features simple dishes, yet each one is thoughtfully crafted with a beautiful blend of different elements. The flavors are delicate, balanced, and comforting. I hope more people get the chance to experience this place, because it’s not just a restaurant. It’s the story of a chef who turned a childhood dream into reality — one dish at a time.
