The staff are nice and approachable, and they always get the order right, just like at other outlets. We ordered a strawberry Hojicha and a strawberry matcha. I was informed that the Hojicha powder itself contains sugar. Personally, I didn't like it because of the sweetened taste, and the strawberry purée made it even sweeter. As for the strawberry matcha, the sweetness from the purée and the bitterness from the matcha balanced each other perfectly—it's my all-time favourite. The overall environment was okay. It’s always full house, whether on weekdays or weekends, during most times of the day. Wanted to swing by this outlet to claim the voucher which was a 1 for 1 Venti from 2-8pm. However when I visited another outlet before, they still allowed me to claim my voucher even if it was a few minutes after 8pm. However I was faced with a bad customer service. I was told off from this lady who seem like a senior barista with hijab saying “look at the time”. I feel that in retail/F&B with customer facing SHOULD treat customers with respect regardless. It would have been a pleasant experience if not from the attitude received I will be still fine that the voucher is not claimable. Overall my experience here was not the best and I will never visit this outlet again. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Dropped by Starbucks Bugis+ after dinner for a cup of coffee, and it turned out to be a pleasant, fuss-free stop. The outlet isn’t very big, but it’s comfortable enough to sit down, relax, and unwind after a meal. Sometimes, that’s really all you need. What stood out most was the barista — genuinely friendly and welcoming. The warm attitude made the experience better than expected, especially for a quick visit. Service was smooth, and the coffee was the usual reliable Starbucks standard, consistent and comforting. This outlet isn’t meant for long hours of work or big group hangouts, but it serves its purpose well as a convenient post-dinner coffee spot. If you’re around Bugis and need a familiar caffeine fix with friendly service, this Starbucks does the job nicely. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
